The African Democratic Congress Presidential Campaign Council has promised that its 2027 presidential candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, will maintain an active, present, and responsive leadership if elected.
Reacting to potential concerns, ADC Campaign Director of Media Kola Ologbondiyan assured citizens in Abuja that Atiku will not run an “absentee presidency.” Ologbondiyan highlighted Atiku’s proven understanding of Nigeria’s socio-economic struggles, noting his earlier pragmatic warnings on fuel subsidy removal. The council emphasized that the past three years prove Nigeria urgently needs an accessible, decisive president ready to tackle national challenges head-on.
