NDDC Postpones CBT for Nigeria–Russia Scholarship Applicants
The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has announced the postponement of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for candidates applying for its Nigeria–Russia Scholarship Programme.
In a statement, the Commission said the postponement was necessary to allow for the completion of administrative arrangements aimed at ensuring a smooth, transparent, and credible selection process for all applicants.
The NDDC assured candidates that a new date for the examination will be announced in due course and urged applicants to remain patient while monitoring the Commission’s official communication channels for updates.
The Nigeria–Russia Scholarship Programme is designed to provide qualified students from the Niger Delta region with opportunities to pursue postgraduate studies in Russian institutions, particularly in science, engineering, technology, and other strategic fields critical to regional and national development.
The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to promoting human capital development by providing educational opportunities that will equip beneficiaries with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the sustainable growth of the Niger Delta and Nigeria as a whole.
